Description
The door leaf is made of two 10 mm MDF panels laminated and with 1.2mm sheet metal that is placed between them. The sheet is filled with polystyrene for sound insulation and thermal insulation and has additional metal ribs for reinforcement. The door frame is adjustable, with sills on both sides and rubber cover for better insulation.
Locking Method
Two independent DAF systems are used to lock the door. Each locking system has 3 active tips with a total of 6 locking points. On the hinge side it is reinforced with three passive pins, when the door is closed they are hidden in the frame.
